Ferment and Still is a store that specializes in agave and sotol spirits. Created and owned by agave spirit lovers, our goal is to promote craft agave and sotol spirit production. To do this, we vow to never stock any diffused spirits or additive enhanced spirits. This way you know when you shop at Ferment and Still, you are getting well made, great tasting agave spirits and Sotols.

Our goal is to stock and sell the well made agave spirits and sotols that you want. If you don't see a spirit you want on the site, please feel free to reach out and we will try our best to add it to the site.

We are proud to announce that a portion of our profits will be donated to help support an organization that works to recognize and preserve sustainable practices for agave used in the production of Tequila, Mezcal and other agave distillates.
